This home will feature open beam ceilings, hard wood and stone floors, custom cabinetry by Eric Forgeson, Ipe decking, Anderson windows, granite countertops, air conditioning and lots of custom detailing. Estimated completion date is summer of 2007.

3700 square feet. 5 bedroom, 3-½ bath. Swimming pool by Gemini Pools. The downstairs features gorgeous travertine floors with koa wood base board. Strategic placement of the large basalt rocks that we unearthed during excavation make quite a compliment to the lovely landscaping.

Located on Pupukea on the North Shore of Oahu. This project was completed in partnership with Steve's long-time friend, Nils "Buzz" Boe. The main house has 1,100 sq ft of living space, 1,000 sq ft of lanai, and a 512 sq ft excersize room below. The recreation room has 432 sq ft of living space and a 144 sq ft lanai.
